TRICK 1 – Change Excel Data to Upper Case Letters

  • Select the Excel Data
  • Go to the Font group in the Home tab of Excel
  • In the Theme Font, you will find fonts related to capital letters
  • In this way, you can automatically change the entire data from small letters to capital letters

TRICK 2 – Data Entry Information

This trick will give you information about the data you want to fill in the cell.

  • Select the cells in which information is to be shown
  • Go to Data tab → Data Tools → Data Validation
  • Click on Input Message and type Title and Message
  • Now, whoever enters the data will see the cell-related instructions
  • You can remove it anytime

TRICK 3 – Centralizing Data Without Merging Cells

  • Type in the cell
  • Select the cells you want to merge and Right-click → Format Cells
  • Click on Alignment

TRICK 6 – Set Print Area

  • Select the data to print
  • Go to Page Layout → Print Area → Set Print Area
  • Press CTRL + P to print

TRICK 7 – Hide Data in Sheet

  • Select the data → Right click → Format Cells

  • The data will be hidden but still present
  • To unhide, remove the semicolons
