Step 1: Open the USAA Bank mobile app
First, open the USAA Bank mobile app on your phone and log into your account.

Step 2: Select your account

Step 3: Select My Card
Under your selected account, tap on the My Card option to manage your debit card.

Step 4: Select Replace Card
